Flange Electric Heating Tube
A flange electric heating tube consists of multiple electric heating tubes welded or screwed onto a single flange, forming a high-power, integrally removable heating unit. A temperature control probe can also be welded onto the flange to create a complete temperature-controllable heating assembly. Dry-burn protection is incorporated to extend service life.
Two connection methods are available:
Threaded connection – commonly available in sizes from G1/2" to 2".
Flange connection (also known as flat plate flange connection) – commonly available in sizes from DN50mm to DN300mm.
Common Materials for Flange Heating Tubes:
Flange: Brass, stainless steel, or 10# steel.
Tube materials: 10# steel, stainless steel, or red copper.
Common Power Ratings: 1.5kW, 3kW, 6kW, 9kW, 12kW, 15kW, 30kW, up to 500kW.
Typical Applications: Electric water boilers, electric boilers, solar systems, solar water tanks, chemical tanks, bathing pools, swimming pools, and other heating applications.
